Rachel A. Sandman is an associate of Monzo Catanese Hillegass, P.C. She joined the firm in 2021. Her practice areas include civil litigation, real estate transactions, trust and estate planning and administration, and land use.
Before joining the firm, Rachel completed a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Michael J. Blee, P.J. Ch., the presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Cape May and Atlantic Counties. During her clerkship, Rachel worked on a variety of complex equitable issues including partnership dissolutions, real estate disputes, will contests, guardianship related matters, and foreclosures.
Rachel is a native of Cape May County with strong ties to the community, and currently resides in Lower Township, New Jersey. She is also a member of the Cape May and Atlantic County Bar Associations.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University in 2015 where she dual majored in Jurisprudence and Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School – Camden in 2020.
