F. Thomas Hillegass earned his Bachelor’s degree with Program Distinction in Political Science from Richard Stockton College (B.A. magna cum laude, 2000) and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University in 2003.  Mr. Hillegass was admitted to appear before the New Jersey Bar in 2004 and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He is also a member of the Cape May County Bar Association, Board member of the South Jersey Chapter of the American Red Cross and Trustee for the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys.

Mr. Hillegass concentrates his practice in zoning and land use law, residential and commercial real estate matters, commercial transactions and litigation, local government law and municipal court practice.  He previously served as Lower Township Municipal Court Judge and solicitor to the Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Mr. Hillegass presently serves as of counsel to the firm.
